The purpose
Equipping men to lead where God has placed them
To equip men with biblical principles, practical leadership tools, and real-life testimonies that inspire them to surrender to God's transforming work and become godly influences in their families, workplaces, churches, and communities.
“God isn't just interested in making you a better man. He wants to transform your life so that others can experience His love, truth, and goodness through you.”
The evening framework
A night of surrender.
A life of influence.
A potential one-evening conference framework, walking through Romans 12 from surrender to overcoming.
Know Your Purpose
Recognize your gifts and responsibilities.
Romans 12:3–8
Lead with Influence
Demonstrate godly character through your actions.
Romans 12:9–18
Overcome Through Good
Respond to the world with the character of Christ.
Romans 12:19–21
These movements provide a natural structure for men to hear testimonies, learn practical tools, reflect on their own lives, and leave with specific ways to apply what they've learned.
Why the name?
God forms the man. The man influences the world.
Romans 12 isn't merely about strength. It's about surrender, humility, service, love, perseverance, and overcoming evil with good. God is forming men who reflect the character of Jesus in every environment He places them.
“God forms the man, and the man influences the world around him.”
